Listed below are some of the most frequent questions we get from members about sending and receiving payments.

Payment FAQs

From another Alaska USA member:

Alaska USA members can transfer funds to you using online account access. All they need is your last name, account number, and account type.


From non-members and businesses:

An individual or business can initiate payments to you by visiting their financial institution. They will need Alaska USA's routing number and your electronic account number, generated using the electronic account number calculator.

You can easily transfer funds to another member online or with the Alaska USA app. All you need is the member’s last name, account number and account type.

  1. Log in to your account and click on the "Transfers and Withdrawals" tab or button.
  2. Select "transfer to another Alaska USA member"
  3. Enter the recipient's last name where indicated
  4. Enter the destination account number and account type, as provided by the recipient.

To pay from an Alaska USA account:

Use online account access to quickly confirm your payment amount, due date, and pay with single or recurring transfers.

To pay from any financial institution:

  1. Log in to your account from a computer
  2. Click the "Visa" link in the blue bar below the tabs.
  3. Select the "View Account" button to access your card information.
  4. On the left-hand side of the screen, select the "Make a Payment" link. This will expand to provide additional selections. Choose the "Manage Payment Accounts" option.
  5. From here, you can "Add a new payment account" from any financial institution.
  6. Use online account access to confirm your payment amount and due date, and pay by making single or recurring transfers to your Alaska USA Visa card.

You can make single or recurring payments to any Alaska USA loan from your checking or savings account at Alaska USA or any financial institution. Enroll now.

Not yet enrolled in online account access?

Go to pay.alaskausa.org to schedule one-time or recurring payments from your account at another financial institution to any of the following Alaska USA loan types:

  • Auto and recreational vehicle loans (car/truck, snowmachine, RV, motorcycle, boat, etc.)
  • Signature loans
  • Home improvement loans
  • Residential lot or recreational property loans
  • Qualified miscellaneous loans (personal computer, trailer, snow plow, etc.)
  • Qualified business loans

Due to additional processing requirements, you will need to log into your account from a computer to set up single or recurring payments to all other loan types, including your Alaska USA credit card, Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) or mortgage.

Visit the Mortgage information page in online account access to make a payment from any checking or savings account, or to sign up for an automatic payment plan.

You will receive a separate monthly statement for your Alaska USA mortgage, which contains your payment amount and due date.

Payment Protection and Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) are included in your monthly loan payment.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment premiums are automatically deducted from your checking or savings account.

When you obtain an insurance policy through Alaska USA Insurance Brokers, you will receive payment instructions from the policy carrier.

When mailing deposits and payments, allow 3-5 days for the transaction to be processed. No receipt will be returned. Instead, log in to your account to verify your transaction has been completed.
