To assist you in completing your credit report dispute, please read this information in its entirety before proceeding. You can also start a credit report dispute by calling 800-992-2810 or 907-786-2000 (Anchorage).

Alaska USA credit reporting

Alaska USA reports credit data to credit reporting agencies monthly, to include Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, and Innovis.

Obtaining credit reports

Consumers are entitled to one (1) free copy of their credit report each year from Equifax, Experian, and Transunion. This can be obtained online at www.annualcreditreport.com, by calling 877-322-8228, or by visiting the credit reporting agencies websites directly.

Disputing credit report entries

To dispute information displayed on your credit report, as reported by Alaska USA, begin the Credit Report Dispute form below and submit it to Alaska USA. You may download a PDF version of this form if you prefer to submit your dispute in writing or via email at a later time.
