Clearing Your Browser Cache
Corrupted or outdated data in a browser's cache can cause UltraBranch connection problems. The steps below will help you correct this problem.
Choose Safari / Empty Cache... from the menu bar.
When the browser asks "Are you sure you wish to empty the cache?" click Empty.
Instructions based on Safari 6 on Mac. Other versions of Safari should be similar.
