Clearing Your Browser Cache

Corrupted or outdated data in a browser's cache can cause UltraBranch connection problems. The steps below will help you correct this problem.

Internet Explorer 7-8 for Windows

Click on the Tools button on the toolbar, and select Internet Options from the menu.

In the Browsing History section of the General tab, click Delete Files.

In the Delete Browsing History window, click on Delete Files.

Click OK to close the Delete Browsing History window, then click OK again to close the Internet Options window.
