The Alaska USA app makes it easy to prevent unauthorized purchases. Simply lock your card with the click of a button and get back to your day.

Any scheduled payments or pending transactions made before the card was turned off will continue as normal. And if you find your card, it’s just as easy to turn it back on.

Your security is important to us. We protect our members by monitoring Alaska USA credit cards in real-time.

If unusual activity is suspected, fraud alerts will notify you immediately. We will work with you to determine if your card has been compromised.

Get extended warranty coverage

Purchases made with your Alaska USA credit card are eligible for Visa’s Extended Warranty Protection and Warranty Registration services.

With Extended Warranty Protection, you can double the amount of time your purchases are covered to one additional year on the original manufacturer’s written U.S. repair warranty.

You also can access Visa’s Warranty Registration service. This service allows you to track your purchases’ warranty information in one place.

Credit Card Benefits FAQs

Card Security offers an easy and convenient way to turn your debit and credit card on or off in the event it has been misplaced or stolen.

You can access Card Security in one of two ways:

  1. Login to your account using the Alaska USA app and click the Card Security icon, or
  2. Login to your account online and click the Card Security link.

Once you have accessed the Card Security page on the App or online, simply click the on/off button to turn your card on or off. Any automatic payments or pending transaction made before the card was turned off will continue as normal.

If you've misplaced your Alaska USA Visa Credit Card, simply lock it using the Alaska USA app to prevent unauthorized purchases. Once you find it, it's just as easy to unlock it so you can get back to your day.

You can also visit any branch or call the Member Service Center at 800-525-9094 to report your card missing and request a new card.
