Lost track of your card?

Life shouldn't come to a stop just because you left your card somewhere, and now it won't thanks to the latest in credit card security convenience. 

If you've misplaced your Alaska USA Visa Credit or Debit card, simply lock it to prevent any new unauthorized purchases. Once you find it, it's just as easy to unlock so you can get back to your day. 

Already a cardholder? Look for the Card Security icon in the Alaska USA app or online under the Accounts Services tab to get started.

Credit and debit card security FAQs

 You can access credit card security in one of two ways: 

  1. Sign in to your account using the Alaska USA app and click the Card Security icon, or 
  2. Sign in to your account online and click the Card Security link. 

Once you have accessed the Card Security page on the app or online, simply click the on/off button to turn your card on or off. 

Yes. Any automatic payments or pending transactions made before the card was turned off will continue as normal. 

To report a lost or stolen card contact the Member Service Center at 800-525-9094. You can also lock your card from further use using the Alaska USA app or by accessing your account online.
