You can easily personalize the PIN for your Alaska USA Visa Platinum Credit Card using our card PIN change system.

1. Call the card pin change system at (866) 297-3408.
2. Enter your credit card number, zip code and current PIN number when prompted.
3. Follow the instructions to select your new PIN.
4. When complete you will receive confirmation that your PIN has been changed.

If you have forgotten your PIN, call the Member Service Center and ask for Card Services.

Keep your new PIN safe. Never write your PIN on your card or store it with or near your card.

You can also personalize the PIN for your ATM or Visa Check Card.
