How fast will my web payment be processed?

What do I do if I get an error message while using the Web Payment Request?

You might encounter two different kinds of errors while making a Web Payment Request:

If you get an error when entering your Alaska USA account information, you should verify your information, including the loan ID. You can also call the Member Service Center for assistance.

If you get an error when entering the financial institution information, contact your financial institution to verify your routing number and account number for electronic transactions.
