UltraBranch Mobile is a convenient companion to UltraBranch online. What can I do with UltraBranch Mobile? UltraBranch access has been slimmed down to fit into the palm of your hand. With UltraBranch Mobile you can check account balances and previous transactions, transfer between accounts or to another Alaska USA member, see your credit card balance, and pay bills. You can also locate your nearest Alaska USA branch or ATM and check current rates. Do I need a special kind of cellular phone? UltraBranch Mobile works on nearly all cellular phones or PDAs and with most wireless service providers. Your cellular phone simply needs to be Internet-enabled with a data pack available from your service provider. Is it secure? Alaska USA maintains state-of-the-art security systems. Can I preview UltraBranch Mobile? Yes, you can. Just visit the Alaska USA web site and go to the UltraBranch page for a free demo. UltraBranch access is free. Your wireless provider may charge for the data pack and for usage based on your cellular calling plan. How do I log on to UltraBranch Mobile? Using your cellular phone minibrowser option, type or select go.akusa.org. Select “Log in” and press “enter.” Type in your user ID. Verify the picture on your personalized keypad before entering your Personal Access Code (PAC). Once you are logged in, you can use the tabs at the top of the screen to access the functions you need. Do I have to sign up separately for UltraBranch Mobile? If you are currently an UltraBranch online subscriber and you have an Internet-enabled cellular phone or PDA, you can start using UltraBranch Mobile today!
