Can I transfer a balance to my Alaska USA Visa Platinum?

Yes. Once you get your new card, just call Alaska USA and easily transfer another credit card balance to it ($500 minimum balance transfer). You won't earn reward points on the transfer, but you could save money with a lower rate and there's no balance transfer fee!

What are the rates, terms and fees I can expect?

Your Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for purchases, balance transfers, and cash advances is based on past credit history - fixed rates are as low as 10.5%

Grace period for purchases - You have 25 days to repay your balance for purchases before being charged a finance charge

The balance calculation method for purchases is average daily balance (including new transactions)

Annual Fee - $50. However, the fee is waived for Alaska USA checking account holders!

Minimum finance charge - None

Transaction fee for cash advances - 2% of the cash advance amount ($10 maximum). Cash advances incur a finance charge immediately.

Late payment fee - 5% of minimum payment due ($1 minimum)
