Alaska USA now has online access to your Alaska USA mortgage history and information. This online system provides transaction history, as well as additional payment options and flexible payment schedules. In addition to online payment options, mortgage loan payments may also be made by mail or at any Alaska USA branch. Important for First-Time Users: First-time users will need to create a username and password. When asked to enter your "Account Number", please enter your Mortgage Account Number (rather than your Alaska USA FCU Account Number). Your Mortgage Account Number appears on your Account Summary in UltraBranch, on your monthly mortgage loan statement, and on any related correspondence. On subsequent visits, you will only need your username and password to log in. Please Note: The dates displayed for mortgage transactions are posting dates and may vary from the effective dates of transactions. Credit for your transactions and any late charge assessments are based on effective dates. Common Questions Q. I want to verify that a payment was received and the transaction doesn't appear on the website. What do I do? A. Transactions made prior to July 31, 2002, are not displayed on the new site. The Mortgage Servicing Center has access to your complete account history and can be reached toll-free at (800) 653-7695. Q. Did Alaska USA transfer the servicing of my mortgage? A. No. Alaska USA remains responsible for your loan servicing. We have entered into an agreement with LandSafe, the number one mortgage service provider in America, to provide mortgage loan transaction processing services. This agreement provides improved service by adding service features that were previously unavailable. |
