If visiting a branch office is inconvenient, you can make deposits and loan payments by mail by following the simple steps below

Simple steps for a mail-in deposit or loan payment.

1. Fill out a transaction voucher.
   
   If you do not have a transaction voucher, you may download a printable voucher.  This requires Acrobat Reader software - you can download it free from Adobe if you do not already have it.

2. Mail your voucher and checks:
   
   Send your completed voucher and checks to:

   For Washington members only, deposits and payments may also be sent to the following address:

3. Use UltraBranch to check your account.
   
   When mailing deposits and payments, allow 3-5 days for the transaction to be processed. No receipt will be returned. Instead, use UltraBranch to verify your transaction has been completed.
