UltraBranch Business Edition is a powerful tool for managing your business finances. Like many tools, there are certain steps that you need to complete before you can use you should familiarize yourself with its features and capabilities

Company Features and Payment Limits

Select the features your business would like to use (wire transfers, ACH payments, etc).
Before you can use any of the available electronic payment options (wire transfers, ACH payments, and tax payments) you need to understand and set up your company-wide limits.

Manage User Accounts

Decide on any additional users you would like to grant access to your company accounts. When creating a user account consider the features that the user should be able to use, as well as which accounts the user should be able to access, as these can be indiviually controlled for each user.
You may grant to individual users Company Administrator status, which gives them full access to your accounts, including the ability to configure company features, limits, and users.

Congratulations! Once you have completed the steps above, your company has been configured and you are ready to start using UltraBranch Business Edition.

Remember you can always return to the "Admin" tab and enable other features, alter payment limits, and manage user accounts. As you become comfortable with the features available in UltraBranch Business Edition, you may wish to look at more advanced options like ACH and Wire templates that further streamline the process of creating electronic payments. You will also want to examine the reporting options that will permit you to keep track of what is happening in your account.
