Member Service Center

The Alaska USA Member Service Center offers the convenience and peace of mind of taking care of your financial business by phone.

You can rely on the Member Service Center any day of the week.  Knowledgeable Member Service Representatives are available to help you 16 hours every day.  After-hours messages are processed the next business day.

When you call the Member Service Center, you can:

  1. Obtain current account balances.
  2. Make withdrawals or transfer funds between accounts.
  3. Access your savings, checking and consumer loan accounts.
  4. Apply for a loan or Visa® credit card.
      by phone: 8 AM - 8 PM AST;
      online: anytime with Loans Online
  5. Get information about Alaska USA's products and services.
  6. Check on rates.
  7. Open additional accounts (current members only)
  8. Request a Membership Application or inquire about eligibility.

Save time and money, since there is no need to visit a branch for most activities.  And you never pay a fee for using the Member Service Center - it's another benefit of being a member of Alaska USA.
