High Desert system conversion

As part of the conversion to Alaska USA, the High Desert online banking, billpay, and phone banking systems have been converted to Alaska USA UltraBranch.

UltraBranch gives members access to their accounts anytime, from almost anywhere. UltraBranch is easy to use and most members will find the change straightforward. Please be aware of several points regarding the system conversion as listed below.

Online banking

Members enrolled in either High Desert online banking or phone banking (MoneyCA) have been automatically enrolled in Alaska USA UltraBranch, which offers account access online and by phone.

You can access your account online from the Alaska USA home page. For more details and initial login information, please refer to the letter and enclosures sent to all High Desert members on August 6.

Please note: High Desert transaction history has not been converted to Alaska USA. Up to 18 months of your High Desert account statements have been converted and are available in UltraBranch.

Billpay

Your existing payees and scheduled payments are available in Alaska USA UltraBranch Bill Pay. You may create new payments or payees, or alter exiting entries.

Please note: High Desert Billpay transaction history has not been converted to Alaska USA.

Phone banking conversion

Members enrolled in either High Desert online banking or phone banking have been automatically enrolled in Alaska USA UltraBranch, which offers account access online and by phone.

You can access your account using UltraBranch by Phone toll-free at (888) 258-7228. You will need your new account number and access code as described in the letter and enclosures sent to all High Desert members on August 6. Please listen to the menu options carefully, as they differ from the MoneyCA system.
